Gratefulness
What brought me here are all of my ancestors going a long way back! I am them and they are me. Mother Earth and all of the nutrients that my ancestors have survived and thrived from brought me here. All of the countless connections to others which together have helped me arrive here. It’s truly amazing and magical to ponder this basic question of what brought me here! What brought me here is made of love and the deep connection we all share.
Reverence arises out of true love .
I’m humbled by gratitude for this precious human life that I have. It’s an amazing gift to be alive and be breathing freely. This body is a wonder and this earth and all its beings are wonders. It’s humbling to be a part of it all.
My neighbor kindness has touched me. She is always there for me when I’m sick. Almost every time I have a migraine she walks my dog and even makes me soup! She’s amazing! What kindness!
Today I was still and listened at the doctors office. The nurse had a challenging time taking blood from me and after the third time she asked if she could get a different person to help out. I was patient and still. I said no problem and she was grateful for my patience. It’s so nice to have people who help us and are in working hard everyday to serve. I’m grateful to all the people who everyones welfare depend on.
Be there and say I care .
I could receive more easily by letting go of worrying and just trust. Enjoy life more by not making much todo and just relaxing in the flow.
What impedes me sometimes are chronic migraines and how I might work through that would be to do my best at pay attention to triggers.
Weeds are beautiful too!
I value virtuous thoughts, actions and intentions. I believe everyone benefits from ethical conduct and wholesome deeds. I value loving kindness and compassion wrapped in gratitude.
Breathing freely and easily is a simple joy and it is fundamentally essential. The joy of the breath is my anchor to life blossoming in the present moment the only place where we are truly alive to experience life.
My breathing makes me know remember I’m alive and being alive is miracle !
