Gratefulness
I’m so touched by the tenderness of your love with Sophie… Last summer I read a wonderful book speaking about a relationship between father and son, similar to yours. I have not found on the web an english version but there is a spanish one: The author is Fulvio Ervas and the spanish title is “Si te abrazo no tengas miedo” edited by Seix Barral. maybe you could have this one. It is a true story of an italian man coming to US with his disabled son and driving with him with a Harley Davidson from Miami to Los Angeles. Just to share with his special son an adventure. He is so special that he always hugs people, and he wears a t-shirt with the phrase in the book title, to calm who he hugs. It is a history of tenderness, of strength and weakness at the same time, but it is also so funny. With all my love and gratitude for your precious words.

I always try to take them a Message of love and respect for environment. This summer with another volunteer we suggested them a game: it will be rewarded the tea...
In my little town and in the surroundings volunteers partake to the civic life picking up trashes left at the edge of the roads. Town council organizes these actions, and gives the volunteers the gloves, the high visibility vests… I work during the week, but sometimes I’m volunteer with kids and young people. I always try to take them a Message of love and respect for environment. This summer with another volunteer we suggested them a game: it will be rewarded the team that would have picked up more trashes. Kids played so well! The place was so cleaned after the game! Thank you Kristie for your blog and Margaret and Saoirse for your reflections. If not now, when? Also Pope Francis encourages us to love Earth and Environment!
Thank you, dear Fabiana. What you share with us is so deep, so true and you write this great truth with kindness, your words get into our souls.

I do thank you, I’ m so moved… You really help me. My best wishes for all your work, and for all your wonderful ideas. A big big hugs. Anna
