Gratefulness
With much gratitude to all and a knowingness that all is well. Kindness, compassion and love for one another and our planet is why I’m here.
I believe in One Loving God with many names. I believe that being honest with myself and others is necessary to coexist. I believe that our Planet is crying out in angst. I believe that prayer and meditation are essential to our well being. I believe writing, walking, prayer and meditation are important to my being every day.
Each morning I exercise Yoga, followed by three daily meditation daily readers and then, I write – sometimes a poem, sometimes just a reflection or draw a bit in my journal. I listen to the waterfall outside of my window and give thanks for another day. In the evening, I practice Secrets of Natural Walking for a good night’s sleep and wake up refreshed and ready for another day.
It matters a great deal. If I can’t get in touch with gratitude – I’m lost. I’ve lost connection with God and my self. It is like a life ring. I am very grateful to be conscious of what’s around me and what I have or can do for others, what God has provided for me and for us. It’s up to me to notice it, name it and appreciate it, what or whom. xo
Lovely…thank you ?
I’m waiting on lots of things right now. A new job. Healing from a prescribed medication. To stop and say Wow, I am grateful. I felt an inner shift toward lightness and joy.
I’ve been sick for weeks…tired, zero energy, frustrated with waiting. This is fragility. Resilience is knowing this too will pass and Faith in God will guide me to where I need to be. ?
Creating something beautiful with photography, written words, a mixture of both as in a collage. Art! So does nature, a walk in the woods, a swim in the ocean, the smile of a child.
It’s a challenge. I am currently in a journey that involves pain, confusion, and much more. Every day at the end of the day, I am writing down 3 things I am grateful for. I am also recording what I did for myself today to take care of me. When I connect with God and God whispers, I know that I am not alone. For this – I am truly grateful and know that all is well. Have a blessed day!
See them. Smile at them. Share laughter with them.

I love this practice of brief bits of words that allow me to express myself, or create a scene. I’ve really enjoyed reading others words and art in all its forms. Thank you everyone. ?
