With much gratitude to all!
It’s a challenge. I am currently in a journey that involves pain, confusion, and much more. Every day at the end of the day, I am writing down 3 things I am grateful for. I am also recording what I did for myself today to take care of me. When I connect with God and God whispers, I know that I am not alone. For this – I am truly grateful and know that all is well. Have a blessed day!
See them. Smile at them. Share laughter with them.
By listening. Hugging. Smiling. Praying.
My stories are old and repetitive. Full of angst, pain, suffering with moments of laughter and joy., and woven in between all of these emotions and memories – Faith like the wind was always present. Grateful for the wind, the breath, the Whisper.
The emptiness of not knowing…. the unknown….
Through prayer and request for guidance. Stepping away from a toxic situation instead of swallowing resentment and hurt. Sometimes realizing others are not capable of being kind and it’s time for me to find the courage I need to move on. That’s where I am right now. Prayers requested to Gratefulness members. <3

I love this practice of brief bits of words that allow me to express myself, or create a scene. I’ve really enjoyed reading others words and art in all its forms. Thank you everyone. 💗
Thank you Kristi and Gratefulness Staff and Community… I’m grateful for breath, trees. Grandson, my children, Alicia and Richard..my husband Steve, the mountains that surround me. Grateful to God, Jesus, my beloved friend and brother. 💗🌻🌲🌈
Being in a community of people who share their experience, strength and hope reminds me of my humanity. Asks of me to show up and participate, to serve and share my experience, strength and hope. In a variety of different communities, I give what I can give, love, listen and learn. Feeling supported in my communities helps me to accept myself where I am – imperfections and all. Grateful to be human. Grateful for choices.
Smiling to you Serafina 🙂
It worked for me Tom – I smiled back 🙂
I loved pen pals – what a gift to those who can’t get out into the world – the outdoors. I could only hope that someone would reach out to me Eileen. What a gift.
May your friends grow 💌
Sending love Nina.
I have three meditation books I read daily – and the index is the same for me as pinterest is for you Michele – I determine the emotion I’m feeling – look it up and read the pages that correspond to the feeling. Thank you for the Pinterest reminder though! I have a board of quotes!
Jeana – I like the physical aspect of gaining perspective. Thank you.
Thank you Jeana. I, too, feel connected with many here over the past few years. Some years ago I lived in Bavaria, and Gruss Gott means ‘Greetings to the God within you’. I thought you might appreciate this as with Namaste. Shalom. Anita
Me too Bob!
