Gratefulness
Trying to keep my ego in check and spread loving kindness whenever/wherever possible.
The importance of compassion, kindness and understanding in our interactions with others. And the need to get out of our own heads.
Every moment is filled with joy and my head and heart are very clear, or uncluttered. That state allows me to move forward without the fear of making mistakes in my decisions and interactions with others. Usually happens following deep living-kindness meditation. What a beautiful state of being! 🙂
My family and friends for all of their love and support, my dog for her unconditional love, the Universe for one more day and everyone and everything for continually teaching me about life and myself. 🙂
By ingesting organic, whole plant foods, exercising, meditating and reading. Practicing loving kindness, gratitude and forgiveness whenever they are needed.
More introspection and awareness of others. I believe that would increase love, kindness, understanding and compassion for all sentient beings.
So are client calls!!
