Keep my cool and be chill. Be nice to others. Be mindful of how I’m feeling at all times. Appreciate the important people in my life.
-not to drink excessively

Music, travel, nature, love and connection with others
Happiness, Love, respect. My heart is hurting now.
“Grace is the ability to redefine the boundaries of possibility”
By being the best human I can be. By appreciating and being grateful for what I have. By being kind. By taking care of my body.
My perspective….always. Or as the quote of the day today says “redefine the boundaries of possibility”.
By first figuring out what your gift is.
By cooking them dinner. By respecting their space. By putting out positive energy. By saying thank you.
Clarity and peace.
You have no expectations. You put trust in yourself and in others.
Nature. Whenever I’m out on a hike…. Or when I’m camping and the day slows down.. I take time cooking and reading.
Coffee….the first sip after making a fresh pot.
The idea of letting go. The focus on living in harmony with another human being. Learning to relax.
To move in with my partner. It’s opened up a whole new world of shared experience and personal growth….. A few years ago I was living with my ex and was unhappy… I’m grateful for the steps I took to make changes to my life.
I’ve been thinking the past day about how to become more attuned to the energy of others, as well as my own. I think it’s about learning to let down some of our own defenses. Putting less focus on ourselves. Finding peace in the fact that we are all different…responding to others as opposed to reacting.
I work as an immigration paralegal …I know these letters well….extraordinary ability….there’s a high standard for approval anyways, so I wouldn’t worry about it too much
That last point is so important
That’s a really cool idea— I need to try this. Thank you
That last part… so important
