Most of the time, each people is struggling to move one with their life, and it reflects in their way to do the things. I do not take any longer personally of what others do to me, instead i send them back love and kindness, and strange enough I get the insight how the same person’s condition, and I forgive, feel sorry for the same person. Sending love and kindness back to the same person, it gives this person /the receiver the lightness, and as well as for me.
Such a positive energy Nirmala has.
Her fully engagement to life, her curiosity around her and openness, her cheerfulness; her story is inspired that there are more in life.
Quote: I don’t have time for things which are not real. I don’t have enough time left. So, I want my life to feel authentic. ~ Theo du Plessis, unquote
Definitely! Being simply beautiful. That is enough or more than enough. Let it be, let it come, let it go.
Thank you for the beautiful story. Love.
I am grateful,
just to be alive. Having connected to my distance family through the modern communication tool to see and follow they are also okay. I witness my life and surrounded, moment to moment, that is enough. I love life.
Thank you Paul, for reminding how really the nature helps us for our well being. That’s what I need. Love
Thank you Eric for the beautiful essay. “just look in the nature, then you will understand all.”
Thank you again for your wisdom; Again, I feel so wonderful, each time I read your essays. it is beautiful, it means a lot. Thank you and love
Thank you very much for your wisdom. It is huge. Love
Thank you for sharing your story and your wisdom. Quote,”Moving from the Pain of Addiction to Living Gratefully”, unquote, which one can use any addiction as all negative thoughts or acts. Thank you again and love
Dear Kristi, thank you so much for your wisdom, it really comforts me. Love
Thank you for your wisdom . I recognize it as I have been there, and “Embracing Imperfection” gave me a freedom, a freedom to be myself. Love:)
How I used to take granted of the weather and thought most of the time as a negative things as disrupted the plan when I did not have my own car, and had to got out then, and now I see the weather is a part of the condition of the life. Just to hear the rain drops, and the smell of the soil after a long drought, and hear the croak of the frogs, and I know, so many plant and trees are also waiting for the rain and the sun light, then I think how beautiful everything.
How grateful I am for what I have, all the senses I have, to see the life. and I am still alive and feel the love of the universe. That is huge!
Dear Terry, Thank you so much for your essay. Yes, sometimes the good intentions becomes blurry, as the mind is not completely open or rather not able to see by both parts. “Do one see what other one see?
Quote:” The healing energy of a personal revelation, which begins with the courage to open up to new ways of seeing and being, flows outward.”unquote. With love
Yes, what a lovely day, THANK YOU, NADA!
Everyday is a good day as I believe there is always at least one thing is good in every day, such as I am grateful that I am alive. I can mention more things for that I am grateful. I just focus and try to see and find something that I am grateful. Then I am happy.:)
Dear Kristi, thank you for this beautiful words, reminder, the wisdom, and that is what I really need right now. Quote: The preferences, patterns, and habits we have learned can both build relational bridges and create great divides. Much of how we operate in our relationships can be unconscious and beneath our awareness, and so we go through life feeling perpetually “at the effect of” others, rather than intentional and effectual.”Unquote. lovexxx
Dear Kristi, Thank you for the article. As practicing grateful living each day, I follow the flow, what the universe gives us; and each day I can see the light of the life. I am happy. I am grateful. For me happiness and gratefulness is equal position of a state of my mind, The moment I feel, I say it loud, express it, and send the “Happiness” message to friends and family. Like today, Happiness…is the sunny day, home and my garden.
Thank you Colette for the gift, for this reminder and I quote:”For what makes something a gift is precisely that it is given.”
For all of the things what is given to me, like the life, the nature, the family, friends, the love and more than I can mention that, I Thank for all of it and I am grateful. Love, Love and Love
Thank you very much Lyne and Br. David for sharing your wisdoms:)

It’s a wonderful story, thank you!
As I left my original country due to the marriage, and was living in different countries, I mingled with people from different background, different nationalities; and although right now, I settle in one place or country, so now, it is not necessarily different nationalities I mix with, but different background, of whatever it is. As I left my original country due to the marriage, and was living in different countries, I mingled with people from different background, different nationalities; and although right now, I settle in one place or country, so now, it is not necessarily different nationalities I mix with, but different background, of whatever it is. I learn and still learn everyday as my mind opens, and how much I still do not know, and how much I am inspired by the people I meet and their stories they tell every day.
