Myself….self-love. Awkward, strange and challenging, but often needed at times.
Some days I’m wrong about myself as I find that I do have the inner strength and courage to accomplish anything that I put my mind to.
My heart finds meaning when it is full… .of love, joy, kindness, compassion, gratitude and blessings.
I draw strength from living gratefully, acknowledging my multitude of blessings and understanding that they are given to me from a higher source.
Baking bread on a cold, winter’s day with gratitude of the warmth of the kitchen and the aroma of my accomplishment.
“Accept the things I cannot change”…..feelings that I constantly struggle with but need my honest exploration and acceptance.
A whole new world of others reality.
Living from a place of love allows me to be free in my heart and soul, whereas a place of fear restricts and closes doors with its unknown.
Today I will thank everyone.
Life is too short……enjoy every moment.
This new day…….
Gratefulness enables me to see the abundance of all that I am and all that I have, giving me great strength and courage to live in the present.
Today I will show more appreciation for my body by eating well, exercising, meditating, living in the present moment and being truly grateful for all that my body does for me.
Good health, happiness, strength, courage, peace, love, faith and safety for all.
By freeing my heart from hatred, freeing my mind from worries, expecting less and enjoying every moment.
A new day with endless possibilities and opportunities.
Walking a local beach on New Year’s day….. enjoying the cool, fresh ocean breeze, reviving all of our senses for the new year to come.
I’m waiting for new doors to open and a light to shine on the path that I need to take in this new year.
I will cherish this day by living in the present with an open heart and soul and being truly grateful for my multitude of blessings.
Solitude teaches me to be my own best friend.
