All of them .
My mom just told me the other day that it’s a good idea to smile before you say anything. That seems like a wise intention.
Be the change !
My family, friends, and the community has helped me when I have felt hopeless.
My spiritual practice has also played a huge role in letting go of negative minds.
My roll is to be CorePeace.
When I’m envious which is almost the same as being jealous I noticed the feeling with awareness. And when I’m aware that I am jealous or envious I am able to let go and be happy for the person who has some thing that I perhaps perceive as not having.
In other words by being aware of feelings that are perhaps negative I am able to notice the feeling recognize it, transform it, and let go.
Letting go makes my heart sing.
I can look deeply into letting go. Letting go and being free from illusions and storytelling. Let go or be dragged !
Everyone ! This includes myself.
How can I be kind ? Truly?
By letting go. Recognize whatever comes up and let go with kindness is a beautiful practice.
Today and I like to know we laughed together not just because of me. 🙂
Letting go over and over again will help me to live more wholeheartedly.
My first thought is the sun and then letting go. Letting go energizes me!
Deep suffering has shaped my spiritual life.
I know it may sound awful but without suffering could there be happiness?
By being kind as well as being grateful is paying kindness forward.
By showing up to life and letting go.
The universe and the present moment help me feel calm and grounded. When I let go I feel at peace and I trust the universe.
Be the light 💡 lovely 🥰 thank you 🙏
It’s important to let go of hate, revenge, war, and ideas of the names of god.
Peace/ love/ truth do not dwell in labels or names. We are the truth and the way. The way out is in and letting go of pictures and out picture world will free us all.
Remember letting go and surrounding is the way. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. 🙏🌍
