There is a shift from scarcity mentality to abundant mentality. From this space we freely share our gifts and talents with all around us. I am then truly free…
I would like to give thanks to our plumbers, electricians, sanitation, and roadway workers. I would like to give special thanks to all of our volunteers helping in one way shape or form to reduce the suffering that goes on around us.
Be kind, love more, hate less, listen more, opine less, appreciate more, judge less, read more, watch tv less, walk more, pollute less, enjoy more, live on less, give more, take less, and be kind a little bit more.
Gentle breezes, watching clouds form, sunsets, moonlight, star gazing, lightning in the distance, thunder, watching a storm pass, the smell of fresh air, stillness…
I enjoy learning from everyone here mostly. Lately, avoiding runs to Dunkin’ Donuts for mindless calories – bagels and cream cheese- and trying to eat more mindfully since stay-at-home order. Stretching is key for me. Walks in the evening with my close friend and/or family. My body seems to appreciate the change.
To be understood, to fully understand. To be more mindful of my surroundings. To live in a world where all of God’s creatures matter “both great and small.”
Learning to slow down. My highlight of the day is walking with my girlfriend before sunset.
