The Gift of Grateful Living

In her recent blog “Spirit Bathing for the Worried and Beleaguered,” Patricia Adams Farmer wrote:

For all who feel deeply about the world, for all who mourn a planet under siege, for all who care about justice and human dignity and democracy and the welfare of the most vulnerable — these are hard times.”

As we ask ourselves how we might navigate and be of best use during challenging times, we are reminded that gratefully attending to life shows us that “we live in a world not only filled with violence and hate, but also stubbornly infused with divine surprise, delicious moments, and a flow of freshness that can sustain us…”

We believe such realization is a gift worth giving.

Thank you for exploring and sharing the Gift of Grateful Living. May the ripples of your care spread wide — bringing resilience, wellbeing, and joy to many,
