Dear Friends of Gratefulness:
I am delighted to invite you to attend the Global Gratitude Summit, a free online event from November 1-21, 2018.
The Global Gratitude Summit has an ambitious goal: to reshape how we think about wellness by exploring how gratitude benefits our health, relationships, communities, workplaces, and the challenging experiences we face including illness, loss, and grief.
As a guest speaker, I am joining 20 experts from around the globe who are sharing their professional and personal experiences with gratitude along a multitude of pathways. The speakers include healthcare professionals, wellness experts, educators, artists, and business, community, spiritual, and thought leaders, as they bring decades of experience- and evidence-based research to guide us through the Summit.
Registration is FREE! We’re inviting our friends to join us by following this link.
We’d love for you to join us!
Each day will feature one speaker’s message which will be free and available to all attendees for 24 hours. By registering, you will receive a daily email providing you with that day’s link to listen to and/or watch the featured speaker. I hope you’ll join me for my talk exploring gratefulness – the last day of the Summit, on November 21!
If you’d like to see the complete roster of experts, please visit the Global Gratitude Summit. I hope you will be as excited as I am to share in the wisdom of this wonderful gathering of speakers in one forum!
Please feel free to share this information with your colleagues and friends – we hope to reach 75,000 – 100,000 people as we wrap the world in Global Gratitude! Register here.
With a grateful heart,
P.S. Following is a brief clip (1:06) from my talk which will be aired in full on November 21.

Today’s (11/4) speakers, the founders of Cafe Gratitude, at the Global Gratitude Summit give a wonderful example of gratitude in action to enrich our lives. What a lovely treat. Check it out. ⚘
I think this Summit comes at the right time. At the moment I‘m very sad and scared about the death of a good friend of mine who destroyed her body, soul and mind by alcohol. It’s a hard lecture in letting someone go and not feeling responsible for the decisions others make. So I‘m very intersted in the videos about medical, mental and emotional health.
It will be a challenge in understanding English too 😉
Thank you for this great offer.
Bless you Korakas, as you go through this very difficult time, with the death of your good friend. May God’s peace be with you.
With love and caring thoughts, Sheila 💕
Thank you a lot, dear Sheila❣️
Yes, I second Sheila 🙂 Radical grateful living is the natural state of the enlightened realisation. How many people are seeking God, Nirvana, to get somewhere, to stop feeling the suffering of separation? It’s the evolutionary process but also only reinforces the illusion of separation.

By practicing the attitude of the awakened, the “separate self” is introduced to the true perspective on a daily basis allowing for light to pour into consciousness or for consciousness to awaken. Slowly, or quickly, the pennies begin to fall. Once that happens there’s no going back. You guys are onto the most effective spiritual practice I’ve ever come across.
Looking forward to hearing as much as possible about gratitude 🙂
