“Give thanks for what you have been given. Give a gift, in reciprocity for what you have taken. Sustain the ones who sustain you and the earth will last forever.” ~ Robin Wall Kimmerer
The holiday season will look and feel different this year. Our lives have been reshaped by a global pandemic, and there’s real grief and longing for so many. Yet even amidst these hardships, how might we embrace Thanksgiving as an opportunity to ritualize and reflect on what it means to live gratefully, every day? What feels sufficient, even abundant? What’s the invitation for this particular moment in time? Below we offer support in finding inspiration and opportunity this Thanksgiving.
From all of us at A Network for Grateful Living, we give thanks for the opportunity to be in community with all of you. We wish you a Thanksgiving replete with opportunities to appreciate that which sustains, deepens, and enlivens you.
May you, your loved, ones, and all the inhabitants of our Earth be well.

Wishing you all a good Thanksgiving day. What an appropriate and meaningful thing to celebrate. We should have such a day overhere in Europe :). But we can still be grateful all year round. Thank you for the practices for cultivating gratitude. What a rich treasure. Breathing practice is very helpful to me. My personal flavor is, I also try and practice when walking the dog and in other situations. It brings me back to basic wonder and gratitude. Each breath in is a gift. Each breath out is saying ‘thank you’. It is a life-giving gift. In this place the cobweb-thoughts just vanish.
I cannot adequately express in words what my heart wants to say. By learning to live gratefully my life has been so transformed and I have come to know the preciousness and sacredness of all life and to savor each moment and experience. To ANGL I say ,THANK-YOU with all my heart, you have helped me to come to this place in my life. Wishing everyone a Blessed Thanksgiving.💖🦋🌏
